Where is Fall Guy S2? Did S1 not sell well enough?

While were at it how about the Six Millionth plea for the Six Million Dollar Man. I do have the UK S1 and 2 but want the run of the show!!

I also want Fall Guy S2. Judging from the constant sales Best Buy had on the first set, it doesn't look like it sold very well.
