Can you name some jokes that were set-up so obviously that you could see them coming a mile away?

In the ep with the deaf boy Larry pt. 2, the Doctor asks Bookman was he the parent of Larry and Bookman says..."Do I look like I've had babies?" Why would he use a comment like that? Obvious set-up to a joke about Bookman looking pregnant.

As funny as that was, it was dumb too because one can be a parent and not have been pregnant...such as a father. DUH!

I know what you mean, I know there were many jokes and lines that you knew were set up.

Yeah, it was dumb but it made me laugh anyway. :lol:
