Another very funny ep, right alongside Wally and The Traffic Ticket. Ozzie impersonates Joe and the antics ensue. Harriet, as always, is brilliant, and when Ozzie asks how he's doing, she gives him a good swift kick:lol: - guess she wasn't too thrilled abt having to whip up Beef Stroganoff. And Clara ('ol screechy voice) is in fine form too. A last sesaon ep as its in color - funny but I prefer the b & w's - guess for me it gives more of a nostalgic flavor. (Also the color doesn't seem all that great)

I watched some of this episode last night, very funny, even though I can't take too much of Clara's voice at one time. You're right, the color isn't too great, probably because shows were just starting to be in color and it was nowhere near perfect. I like the b & W shows better too.

For some reason I like the color episodes. I think mainly 'cause I know there the last of the bunch.

Do you notice how bright everything is? In the opening, Harriet has a bright Green dress, Ozzie a bright blue jacket, Rick a gold one Dave a rust color one. It's like a rainbow. I guess since all the shows were like that just going into color. Making sure they showed off vibrant colors to help sell the color tvs.

The color does seem to have a little bit of a red tint to it.
Ozzie and Harriet's hair seem a little to dark for their ages. Think they were dying their hair? ;)

I finished off the new Dave and Ricky set last night, then I started on rewatching the Mill Creek 100 episode set.

Just watched this one tonight(as I finallu finished the Mill Creek set)

Wonderful to see this in color--I thought the print looked crisp and made me feel like I was watching a "new" episode (which I was--first time watching this episode).

Watched it again last night and it still gave me belly laughs!! :D

There are a core gp of my Ozzies (20-25 or so) that I have watched many times over. This is one of them. The idea of Ozzie and Clara as an item, all by itself, is a real hoot.

Yeah and Harriet didn't see that! Can you imagine where she would have kicked him then? :lol: We never see Ozzie get that flirty with his own wife, so it shocked the daylights out of me when he did that to Clara.:lol:
