We're leaving tommorrow evening after hubby gets off work to go camping over the weekend at Kentucky Lake.

thanks to a temporary shift in my work week, i get a week-long weekend.

this week has been Vacation Bible School week, so we've (me and my little cousins) been at my aunts all week. today (friday) is the last day of VBS and we're going to go Columbus Park (we've been having it at the Fellowship Hall at our Church.) it's been fun and today isn't going be any different.
i need to buckle down and read a fanfiction story in the fanfiction section on Saturday. i promised a friend i'd read hers.
and Sunday is Church and we're going back to my little cousins mamas house.

My Weekend was awesome! Friday night my boyfriend and I just stayed in we ordered Pizza and Wings for dinner. Then on Saturday morning we stoped at Walmarts and i got me a Oil change done to my car and I had to get a new filter. after that was done, we went for a ride up to Grafton State Lakes. Which is a BIG LAKE, and they got alot of stuff to do there. we went hiking, ( fun).... Saturday night we went out dancing had a blast we just hung out had a few drinks then came back home early!! before it got to late. Sunday, went home early and relaxed. that was my exciting weekend.

Not much going on this weekend.

Probably going to stay in tonight because it's really hot and crappy out, and I'd rather stay in and sleep so i can ride my bike tomorrow.

Tomorrow I have to go to a friend's place and work on her bed.

Calm down, you pervs. The ladder to her loft bed is busted, so I'm going to repair it.

Tomorrow night, Staten Island Yankees game! I hope it doesn't rain. The weahter has been pretty crummy the last couple of times we've been out there.

Anyway, that's about it. Maybe Sunday my roommate and i will see Dark Knight. If we can get a ticket.

My wife and kids are taking a much needed vacation to the Jersey shore. I can't go because of work. :(

total change of plans for tonight. i went with my cousin-in-law, his dad, and my cousin in laws friend to see The Dark Knight (see my opinion in the movie section)
saturday and sunday look pretty much the same, tho.

I might go to the library tomorrow. Then on Sunday it is church and a family gathering at my cousin's house.

friday - drove my dad to work, went grocery shopping, brought lunch to my husbands job, and swam

Last night I saw Wynonna in concert which was amazing, and today I went to a horror convention. I met Caroline Williams who played Stretch in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, horror actress and cult classic scream queen Linnea Quigley, and director Tobe Hooper. It was an awesome time! Caroline was by far the most fun. She talked to us for a good 40 mins alone. She chatted about everything from making the movie, past jerky agents she's had, her home life, and a movie she's written that she is hoping will get picked up by a studio someday soon. She even did her best "scream queen pose" for us!

Headed to Atlantic City Today with my family and will walk on the Boardwalk and get some of that Ocean Air. I decided to take my credit card with me becauseI really don't know what to expect as far as what I will spend-lol

My goal is to get

That will complete my day

Thanks Rich. I'm more or less just doing it to help her out. She has a bad shoulder and can't do alot of heavy lifting. Plus she is laid off at work right now, so all the money (if we make any) will help her pay some of her bills until she starts teaching in the fall.

My mother, sister and I went to the grocery store and went to Target to get a couple things.
I went through my closet. I thought the last time I went through it I did a thorough job, but there were a few things I overlooked. I still had a dress from years ago that had shoulder pads. :lol: My sister wasn't even familar with what shoulder pads are. :lol: The dress must be from the mid 90's - I think. The dress went in a sack for the Star Of Hope (shelter for the less fortunate). I can't remember the last time I wore it. It was so long ago.
Ha, there are actually a couple of tops, that I bought when I was a senior in High School (back in 1988); these are brightly colored, cropped tops with shoulder pads. I cannot throw them out or give them to Goodwill, because, they are so cute; and, I have a stripped one, that I would actually LOVE to wear, again:)

I didn't do too much this weekend. Well...no, actually I did. :) I've been working on this fanfic and I finally got some of the climactic scenes written (but not ALL of them, BruceWillisFan, so don't think I've quit on you...hold your horses...LOL) and I think I did a pretty good job, even if I do say so myself. I'm just basking in the joy of my work and waiting for the glowing reviews of the FOL fanfic board to come in...LOL! Just kidding, guys. I'm not that arrogant. :lol: Seriously though, I do hope everybody enjoys it. I do feel I put my best into it, and I've still got a ways to go yet.

I also hung out with my best friend most of Sunday. She's really awesome. Now I'm just hanging out online with my babies (my cocker spaniel and my chihuahuas) curled up sound asleep. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I think this world would stink without our little animals. My babies keep me going. :)
