What is it and why?

I have to say the one where Roc's uncle get's married to another man. I have to say that Richard 'Shaft' Roundtree was pretty odd to be casted in that role.

My favorite espiode of "Roc" is the one where Andrew(pop) thinks that Joey and Roc may not be his sons. At the end I was very pleased at his descision not to look at the DNA tests. It didn't matter what a piece of paper said at all.

My favorite episodes were:

- The Nightmare episode: Each of the cast members had a nightmare but Eleanor's was the most horrifying of them all.

- The Racism episode: This episode really slams the issue of racism when Roc is arrested for being in a white neighborhood.

- The Shoot-down episode: It was really sad when Sheila's little friend got shot just as soon as he stepped outside the Emerson's house. Then Roc came at the end of the show with a very powerful message about violence.

These are three episodes that I remember very well from the series.

my fav episode is part of hch's.. i hadn't seen that one since high school when it first aired. it was when the guy who gunned down sheila's friend was in prison and roc asked andre to go and talk to him. it was the first time andre had a heart on the show and it made the viewer actually sympathize wit him. also on that show. one of elanor's old friends has a daughter with HIV. the ending was very sad cuz the lil girl thought that when they found out, they wouldn't be her friend anymore. i finally got it on dvr now from monday.
