Those of you into this show likely know that Brent Butt has announced that season 6 will be the last, with the show ending in the spring of 2009....but hey, there's a website where you can sign a petition to try and convince Brent to keep it going...what the heck, it's worth a try!!!

Well, the reason you've never heard of it, is likely because you don't have WGN, the only American network showing it (They started showing it last Sept)......Here in Canada, it's been running 5 years and is the only Canadian sitcom to ever beat out the US shows in the weekly and nightly ratings!

Sadly, none of the major US networks picked this show up, and I don't know why, i can safely say that this is simply the best sitcom currently running on TV, Canadian or otherwise! (I figure that CBS will make an Americanised version in 10 years, or so. ;) )
