On September 9th, 2008, Sony Pictures will release the Diff'rent Strokes First Season on a 3-DVD set.
This is the first time Diff'rent Strokes will be released in the italian home-video market.
Both classical italian series titles will be printed on the box: "Il mio amico Arnold" and "Harlem contro Manhattan".
Who knows, how the episodes will be repaired from the bad italian edition. Indeed, italian TVs removed the original starting and ending sequence with a mix with several season 4 and 6 clips. The final credits was cutted down with, sometime, a small loss of some gag at the end. I guess (hope) Sony has re-edited and restored the tracks.
