Who is it and why?

My favorite characters are; Lauren because I was chubby in school too, and I could relate to her, and Johnny Slash because he was so cool with his Slashmobile, and he was New Wave (not punk man, new wave. Totally diferent head, totally).

Like,my favorite was,fer sure,Jennifer,'cause she was like,so cool,y'know!

But seriously though-my favoritte of the stars was Patty because she was shy and smart and I could relate most to her situations.

Of the supporting cast,I did like Jennifer because of her VG-type character-and also because Tracy Nelson,a very sensitive and intelligent person in real life,made her sympathetic(slightly)and said she was thinking of the sort of girls who'd snubbed her when she was in High School.

Patty b/c I can relate most w/ her character, & Slash b/c I like his musical taste & how he's so aloof.

I LOOOOOOOOve Patty because she's got guts!

I like Jennifer because I like her personality and a good sense of humor.

But I like Patty because she has (courage; smart ;good friend etc.)

Yes, I loved Muffy too.

Jami Gertz is from Chicago.

My favorite was Muffy because she was so in everyone's face ("People, it behooves me to tell you that the little Guatemalan child....). Jennifer and Vinnie were a great 80s couple. Also, Marshall and Slash made me laugh.
Also, I loved the teachers Ms. Loomis (remember her crush on the janitor) and of course former 60s radical now teacher Rob Donovan.

Muffy, Jami Gertz was so funny as Muffy. Between Lauren and Patty, I liked Lauren.
