With it being summertime and everything, what is everyone's favorite pool time activity or stories that they have from swimming that they'd like to share?

Myself, today we pulled something from a Pirates of a Caribbean movie (which I never seen but was referenced as to where it came from) where they place a bucket halfway under water and someone goes under it and they can breath (which you wouldn't think you could since well, your trapped under a bucket and water itself) because the air is actually held and captured under there. Then a whole debate between the family members about whether air would run out under there eventually or not which the answer seemed to be no but no one stood under there too long. Yeah, I have a weird but amusing family.

So here's your chance to share your poolside or beachside stories about weird or even habitual things your family does every summer or just one of them. I figure with this, we could actually collect a whole bunch of stories for entertainment and add to it as our summer goes on.
