I still think they should air the show.
It was my favorite show. I really think Danny Ponce (Willie) did a great job on the show.
I wish there was more info on Danny Ponce. No website
I am a fan of Danny Ponce:)

The last time I saw it on tv was 1989 in Las Vegas. But....I have every episode on dvd (I recorded them from the VHS tapes I have of the original first airings of the show, as I watched them in High School0. They all came out great (commercials included, and Bateman in Pat Sajak and Carson, as well as Friday Night Videos). I recently watched the entire show again, beginning to end in one, 4 day weekend. Wow, what a fun blast from the past! I am sooooo glad I had the foresight at 16 years old to tape every show! I have a pal in the industry who tells me they may never be on dvd, due to the whole legality regarding how to market/print it as..what? Valerie for year one? Valeri'es Family for year two and so on? It's all due to the Valerie Harper faisco they are not yet out and may never be, grrr. I cannot believe my VHS tapes survived from 1986! Wahoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see why the show can't be released on dvd as simply "The Hogan Family"--all the episodes in syndication air under that title.

I don't. I hope that the master tapes get lost in a fire, it's that bad.

You might think that with Jason Bateman's appearence in Disney's Zootopia gaining popularity Disney Channel would like to add The Hogan Family to their lineup because it would be a wonderful fit for the channel. Plus it would be cool to see Jason Bateman looking so wonderful before he did the voice of Nick Wilde in Disney's Zootopia. My mother and I liked The Hogan Family because it was so nice when PAX TV aired it

I don't think Disney would air this. They may have a decade ago but not now. Best luck for airing would be on MeTV or Antenna TV.
I've never seen the show so it would be nice if it came to a channel I could get on Directv.

They should probably release it as The Hogan Family but leave the footage as it originally aired. Even if it says Valeries family in the intro.

I liked this show a lot better than Growing Pains and that sometimes still comes on.
The show will air at some point in 2017 on Antenna TV. Will it show it when it was known as "Valerie," I wonder?

The "Valerie" episodes had a new opening credit title with "The Hogan Family" once the show became syndicated in the early '90s, so all her episodes will be shown.

I'd like to see any Lorimar/Miller-Boyett/Bickley-Warren/Jeff Franklin shows on Netflix and/or Hulu! Valerie/The Hogan Family falls in that category...as well as Full House, Family Matters, Mr. Cooper, and even one-show wondrers like Kirk and Going Places.
