HELEN WILLIS: Judith Scott (from "Guess Who")

FLORENCE: Paula Jai Parker or Lela Rochon

LIONEL JEFFERSON: Keith Robinson

JENNY WILLIS: Zoe Saldana

ALAN WILLIS: Jesse Bradford

HARRY BENTLEY: Bronson Pinchot, Hugh Grant or Ewan McGregor
