View Full Version : Happy Days Random Chat
Wreckless 07-03-2008, 01:50 AM Chat about characters, episodes, spin offs etc...no one topic at hand..I'll start!
Does anybody remember the episode where Chachi gets taught a "history lesson" by the Fonz to help with a project Chach has for school? I thought it was sort of a stupid episode, the lesson was good but the old flashbacks of their so called ancestors didn't really appeal to me. Also, I didn't think it was fit for a season finale (Season 8's to be exact). It's still a decent plot.
spreckenzeedeu 07-03-2008, 05:41 AM Are we talking about "American Musical" here? Yeah, not one of my fav. Episode either, but I LOVE the "Emigration Blues" Performance...that's Fun :D
Wreckless 07-03-2008, 12:56 PM Yup it is American Musical, i'm not too good with episode names lol. yea that was pretty good
Wreckless 07-03-2008, 02:08 PM Did you know Suzi Quatro aka Pinky "Leather" Tuscadaro was 5 and a half years younger then Henry when they starred together in the "Fonzie and Leather Tuscadaro" 2 part episodes? I couldn't believe when I looked up Suzi's bio that she was only 23/24 around the time she was on HD.
spreckenzeedeu 07-03-2008, 03:44 PM *nods*
Did you know that Anson is 4 Years older than Don, and 4 1/2 Years older than Ron ???
Wreckless 07-03-2008, 04:28 PM Actually I messed up their, Leather is Pinky's daughter..but her daughter was only that age when she was on the show...and yeah I did, isn't Don(ny) like a couple months older then Ron, barely?
Wreckless 07-03-2008, 04:29 PM Iris, I'm watching the ep. where Arnolds burns down. Remember the cake that was made for the new Arnolds? lol.
spreckenzeedeu 07-03-2008, 10:56 PM and yeah I did, isn't Don(ny) like a couple months older then Ron, barely?
Yes. Don was born in August, and Ron the following March.
I'm watching the ep. where Arnolds burns down. Remember the cake that was made for the new Arnolds?
Of course I do, Fonzie smashed it. Bad Guy!
robyrob 07-03-2008, 11:03 PM Actually I messed up their, Leather is Pinky's daughter..but her daughter was only that age when she was on the show...and yeah I did, isn't Don(ny) like a couple months older then Ron, barely?
Leather was Pinky's little sister
spreckenzeedeu 07-03-2008, 11:08 PM Leather was Pinky's little sister
Correct. And Fonzie didn't like her at first...
robyrob 07-03-2008, 11:10 PM Correct. And Fonzie didn't like her at first...
only becasue she glommed his wallet and got sent to reform school
spreckenzeedeu 07-03-2008, 11:30 PM only becasue she glommed his wallet and got sent to reform school
I know. But then (of course?) he changed his Mind...
Wreckless 07-04-2008, 12:38 AM Wow I f'ed up on that lol..and yeah, that cake was awesome though! The plastic jukebox, the booths, the bathroom, Ralph going to the bathroom lol..
spreckenzeedeu 07-04-2008, 05:52 AM Ralph going to the bathroom
 LOL LOL LOL LOL
Wreckless 07-04-2008, 02:09 PM ^ That part was hilarious lol. Remember Al wanted to sit down the middle so he used his hands on the cake lol.
spreckenzeedeu 07-04-2008, 02:54 PM I really wish, I could make VideoClips...then I would do a lot from the Show, and THAT would have been one :D
Wreckless 07-04-2008, 06:20 PM Yeah that would be awesome lol. I'd put a clip of each character saying their catch phrase in a episode too. Like, "I Still Got It." lol, classic...
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 01:30 AM So I'm thinking Nick @ Nite should def. have Happy Days on their station at nights. You can take off "Home Improvement" and "The George Lopez Show." What a waste of crap, I can't stand watching 30 seconds of either of those two shows! But enough bashing, get to it N@N!!
Waterston_Fan 07-07-2008, 07:57 AM I kinda like Ashley and Heather.. When was their last episode?
I saw the episode aout Howard might have to close his shop, I liked it.
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 02:13 PM I know they weren't in the final season I don't think. So maybe they were in one of the last episodes of the 10th season.
spreckenzeedeu 07-07-2008, 02:20 PM I saw the episode aout Howard might have to close his shop, I liked it.
One of the few Eppies from the LaterSeasons I like :)

it just sort've happened, I don't think its a big deal, but if I have to i'll merge it with the other thread.
robyrob 07-07-2008, 06:56 PM I kinda like Ashley and Heather.. When was their last episode?
#232- Turn Around...And You're Home was their last episode, it was the second-to-last episode of the tenth season.
Cactus Jack 07-07-2008, 07:02 PM Copycats ;)

MATLOCK. ROTFL.
I have the 3 seasons of Happy Days on DVD. And def. my favourite episode so far in these seasons is The Other Richie Cunningham, that episode just makes me LOL alot. :D Love Mr. C's faces.
Waterston_Fan 07-07-2008, 09:00 PM #232- Turn Around...And You're Home was their last episode, it was the second-to-last episode of the tenth season.
Either I missed it or WGN didn't air it.. But on vacation so I am using my dad's DVR.. LOL
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 10:22 PM Oops did I do something wrong creating this thread? I honestly didn't think I was but whatever.
But to anybody that can answer this (probably rob, iris or WF) i'm trying to found out where this scene is from in HD. it's where Fonzie and Richie meet for the first time and it's in like a back alley of some sort in front of some old buildings. Fonzie from what I can remember isn't wearing his leather jacket, at least not in the scene i'm thinking of and is wearing a white t shirt and is talking to Richie, respecting him for his courage in not backing down to a guy like him. Pat on here told me it was from an episode I could not find in the ep. list and idk if it's from an episode or Richie recalling it, telling it somebody else like Joanie or Chachi. Can somebody help me out identifying what scene this is/what ep. it's from if they know what i'm talking about? Thanks..
spreckenzeedeu 07-07-2008, 10:44 PM It's from "Our Gang" (and yes, Richie is telling Chachi the Story).
But it's not Richie's/Fonzie's first Meeting. That actual happened at Arnolds. But soon after. They bumbed into each other, and now there has to be a Fight (Fonzie was a "bad Guy" then) but of course there won't be. And at the End, they leave as Friends.
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 10:58 PM Our Gang was the episode? what season was it from, do you know? Thanks for helpin, was Fonzie just wearing his white t when him and Richie were talking because if so, the episode you're talking about is the one I am. Thanks again.
spreckenzeedeu 07-07-2008, 11:07 PM Our Gang was the episode? what season was it from, do you know? Thanks for helpin, was Fonzie just wearing his white t when him and Richie were talking because if so, the episode you're talking about is the one I am. Thanks again.
Season 5
Actually, Fonzie was wearing his "Falcons" Jacket (he was a Member by then) but took it off in the Backyard, to proof, he's strong even without it, when it was Fonz vs Richie ... and then, yes, Fonzie was wearing Jeans and a white Tshirt.
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 11:07 PM Nevermind Iris, I found it..Thanks again
Episode 107, Season 5
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 11:09 PM Season 5

no, you didn't do anything wrong.
technically there is already a random thread on this board, but the name of the thread (There have been literally HUNDREDS of random threads on this board, and so the names of them have migrated into a completely different dimension) doesn't make it obvious.
spreckenzeedeu 07-07-2008, 11:37 PM no, you didn't do anything wrong.
Good to know.
I was wondering about some Comments...
Wreckless 07-07-2008, 11:41 PM Thanks for clearing that up Rob, I wasn't sure and was confused with this whole situation. I myself didn't even know of ANY random thread, let alone more then one already on this HD forum, so i'm sorry.

a lot of the longtime HD board regulars turned this place upside-down crazy for quite awhile, but most of them hang out on the Random Posts board now.
...and don't take anything said here too seriously - a lot of inside jokes that you'da had to be here for to understand.
...and don't take ANYTHING Jack says seriously, because he's just full of crap.
Wreckless 07-08-2008, 12:35 AM Ok

This man speaks the TRUTH.
Waterston_Fan 07-08-2008, 07:55 AM Which was KC's last episode?
Do we just assume her dad comes back to Texas and she goes to boarding school?
Waterston_Fan 07-08-2008, 09:41 AM I just saw the episode where the boys take Fonzie to the single's club.
I liked the part where HOward slips something then starts to run upstairs and Marion runs after him.

I believe it was episode 233-Affairs of the Heart, the last episode of season 10.
KC was never mentioned again, same with Flip.

Okay. I think they had too many characters after Richie and Ralph left.
Cactus Jack 07-08-2008, 12:54 PM Okay. I think they had too many characters after Richie and Ralph left.
 They still shoulda kept Richie and Ralph
spreckenzeedeu 07-08-2008, 12:59 PM They still shoulda kept Richie and Ralph
Oh Yes. I miss(ed) the RedHeads :D
Waterston_Fan 07-08-2008, 02:19 PM Just saw this episode where Fonzie is blackballed by you wouldn't even believe who!!
I liked the ending but didn't care for most of the stuff in the episode.
Do they have them going to meetings after this episode? Do you think Fonzie really wanted to stay on?
You notice in that room, most of them were old guys, no wonder they can't get new people...
Wreckless 07-08-2008, 07:39 PM ^ haha
robyrob 07-08-2008, 09:02 PM it was an OK episode, Potsie was such a yutz in that one
Cactus Jack 07-08-2008, 09:42 PM Which episode? Was this a tape or is HD on another non WGN channel somewhere?
robyrob 07-08-2008, 10:37 PM Which episode? Was this a tape or is HD on another non WGN channel somewhere?
i think it was just on WGN man.
Wreckless 07-08-2008, 11:00 PM nobody wants to play survivor again? haha i revived it
Waterston_Fan 07-10-2008, 09:09 AM I just saw the boxing episode yesterday... I thought it was funny that Howard gets flung back when he is holding on the ropes when Fonzie and Roger pull the ropes..
I wonder if Tom ever accidentally got startled and fell off.
Cactus Jack 07-10-2008, 10:09 AM i think it was just on WGN man.
Ah ok
spreckenzeedeu 07-10-2008, 10:26 AM I wonder if Tom ever accidentally got startled and fell off.
Please don't take it personal, Mr.Bosley ... but that would be a nice Outtake
And I am sure, there must be Tonz. But rarely too see. I've only seen a handful of Bloopers. Unfortunately.
Waterston_Fan 07-10-2008, 10:55 AM I just saw the one about building a second bathroom. I thought the episode was unrealistic cause don't you need a contractor to do plumbing and electricity?
The kids didn't seem to know what they were doing, all they seem to care about is not being in school.
I loved how Howard and the client got splashed big time.
Howie looked HOT shaving just like Wardie looked hot walking down the stairs with shaving cream on his face when June was calling for him..
Wreckless 07-10-2008, 03:29 PM I remember that episode, last season right? Howard/Mr. C was furious the whole episode
Yeah the part where they got splashed is hilarious.
I like the episode in the finale season where Fonzie thinks he hasn't become a man because he hasn't jumped to the top of some mountain- I forget the name of it- suicide hill or something?
But there's a part where Fonzie comes in with a cookie jar and Chachi, Mr. and Mrs. C eat the 3 cookies left in the jar when Fonzie isn't looking  and they almost gag lmao. The cookies were the last 3 Fonzie's mother left for him before she left/abandoned him. Then Mr. C said to Fonzie, "why don't I laminate that jar for ya?" so that Fonzie wouldn't know the last 3 cookies were gone   He laminated the jar for Fonzie then Fonzie tried to shake it, then they finally confessed after he did so, that they ate his cookies .
"Well they must've been terrible, they're 30 years old," Fonzie says.
robyrob 07-10-2008, 04:34 PM even better, while they are eating the horrible cookies, Howard agrees that they are horrible, but STILL says, "Got any more?"
and then at the end, Fonzie tells them "at least I still have my lucky sandwich" and Howard says, "that's what he thinks"
Waterston_Fan 07-10-2008, 04:45 PM I saw the episode where Joanie brings in a student who took drugs and I thought it was good but kinda thought this was an episode that Joanie didn't know what she was getting into...
I don't think Roger could have suspended her because she wasn't on school grounds.
Then we don't know what happens to the student right?
Wreckless 07-10-2008, 09:26 PM even better, while they are eating the horrible cookies, Howard agrees that they are horrible, but STILL says, "Got any more?"
and then at the end, Fonzie tells them "at least I still have my lucky sandwich" and Howard says, "that's what he thinks"
I forgot about the lucky sandwich part for a min. lol, that was hilarious.
and I assume you are watching the final season all the way through WF? I think it is assumed the student gets help. When I first saw the episode, they made it seem like it was the parents fault of her drug addiction, like they had problems of their own or something and it wasn't good for the kid but the mother and the father seemed normal to me. Remember the episode where Fonzie is in trouble for "hitting" a student at the school he and Roger work at (didn't Joanie work at that school too or wasn't it another school?).
Waterston_Fan 07-10-2008, 09:34 PM I forgot about the lucky sandwich part for a min. lol, that was hilarious.

I am trying to catch every single episode in this last season... I don't remember an episode where Fonzie hit a student unless they haven't shown it yet or it was skipped.
I tape it on my dad's DVR and erase it when I am done watching.. next week, I will be going out of town so I will have some HD shows that I will have taped but I might be selective on it because I dont' know if he will be taping other things as well...
When I am at home, I will tape this show on my mom's DVR.. LOL

Yeah it's later on down in the final season I'm pretty sure, you'll find it lol. Oh ok, you have a pretty good method in watching them/getting ahold of them. Is it on where you live on a channel called WGN?
Waterston_Fan 07-11-2008, 07:02 AM Yeah it's later on down in the final season I'm pretty sure, you'll find it lol. Oh ok, you have a pretty good method in watching them/getting ahold of them. Is it on where you live on a channel called WGN?
Yes, it is on WGN.
Waterston_Fan 07-11-2008, 05:33 PM Oh boy!!
This is funny!! Arthur thinks he's going bonkers!!
Is the lady a guardian angel or something?
Fonzie looks so hot drivig that!!
I like this episode!! Hehe!!
Does Howard actually take Marion to Sweden?
Waterston_Fan 07-11-2008, 05:55 PM This episode where Marion has an ex-boyfriend visit the house. I kinda didn't like some of it but seeing Howie acting all crazy is really funny!!!
But I don't think it was fair for Marion to be acting all excited and stuff even if it was for laughs..
Whoa!! Fonzie punches out Howard?
Waterston_Fan 07-12-2008, 12:18 PM Well, I saw the two parter of the two reds coming home and I liked it.
Kinda got mad at Howie and Marion for being a bit pushy but I guess
parents want their kids to do what they want them to do but glad that
Richie had a talk with Roger. I liked the ending but glad Richie got
to do what he wanted.
Why is Ralph doing what he doesn't want to do? I guess Ralph's father
isn't as nice as Howie is but Ralph needs to speak up like Richie did.
Marion must have worked hard on that basketball twirling on her finger...LOL
Since I will be taping some episodes, there are a few that I will have taped
for sure, the passages 1, and 2, one where Fonzie wants to adopt, Fonzie moves
out,
I am taping the Skin Game.. Is that where Richie sees Howard at a strip
joint?
Waterston_Fan 07-12-2008, 12:19 PM I don't know why my dad has to tape things and not watch it.. Right now, his
DVR is 53% full. SOme of them are cartoons, I guess the kids have forgotten it Most are shows that I think my dad or stepmom would watch.
Some are from last month!!
In a way can't wait to go home cause the last few weeks at night, I'd be
bored without a TV cause Dad boots me out of the basement cause it's his
time to watch TV with wine, kids are watching stupid Spongebob in the living room and there is no other TV other than my dad and stepmom's room. And NO I won't ask to watch TV there cause my stepmom might watch TV.
Sorry for the rant guys...
Waterston_Fan 07-20-2008, 11:08 AM Okay, I just saw Passages 1 and 2 and Fonzie moves out.. I liked it..
I wish Potsie and Ralph were there though.
Do you think Fonzie becomes a good dad to Danny? It just doesn't look right though.
Wreckless 07-20-2008, 12:32 PM I liked, no loved the "finale" and I really liked Danny. As stupid as it may sound, I wish now they would of had a min spinoff series like Joanie Loves Chachi, except with Fonzie being a Dad to Danny, him getting a female companion and them starting a family, whoa!
BTW, anybody see the HD dolls on e-bay? They have ones of Fonzie, Richie, Ralph and Pots. I want to get em, but you can only buy em if you have pay pal and idk how that works.
spreckenzeedeu 07-20-2008, 12:42 PM anybody see the HD dolls on e-bay?
I have SOME of them, yes :D
Wreckless 07-20-2008, 12:48 PM The question is, what HD collectible or item DON'T you have   just kidding. I want those dolls too, they look cool!
spreckenzeedeu 07-20-2008, 01:12 PM The question is, what HD collectible or item DON'T you have

But seriously: There's a LOT I don't have...and don't want to.
On the other hand, I am very happy with (and proud of) what I have by now.

Waterston_Fan 07-20-2008, 03:11 PM I forgot to ask, what season did Fonzie move into the apartment above the garage?
I noticed Fonzie or was it HOward who said I moved in 6 years ago, well it would be the fifth season if that was correct?
spreckenzeedeu 07-20-2008, 03:13 PM I forgot to ask, what season did Fonzie move into the apartment above the garage?
Season 3, Episode 1: Fonzie moves in
Wreckless 07-21-2008, 12:29 AM I forgot to ask, what season did Fonzie move into the apartment above the garage?
I noticed Fonzie or was it HOward who said I moved in 6 years ago, well it would be the fifth season if that was correct?
As Iris said, it was in the 3rd season he moved in above the Cunninghams. And no, sitcoms don't go by season number, their are a lot of weird ways producers use to determine what year fictionally the show is being taken place.
Wreckless 07-21-2008, 12:30 AM Oh and Rob, how do you find out how much that product costs and where you can buy it and check out at, on the first link?
Wreckless 07-21-2008, 01:02 AM It would be awesome if they had something of "Arnold's Drive In" much like how they have Fonzie's garage on their..and actually have little waitress figures like Marsha..
Waterston_Fan 07-21-2008, 10:01 AM Well, now that I'm back home, I can tape Happy Days and watch it..
spreckenzeedeu 07-21-2008, 10:34 AM It would be awesome if they had something of "Arnold's Drive In"
I would buy that. Yes. But cause there isn't, I bought some ordinary Dolls Furniture, and created my very own Arnolds ... or at least some Space for "The Gang" to sit :)
http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa74/IrisHappyDays/INTERNET/ARNOLDS.jpg
Wreckless 07-21-2008, 02:12 PM I forgot to mention this last week when I was watching it, but it was Episode "Fonzie Gets Married" from the Second Season. Pretty good episode, I like the message behind the episode. LMAO @ Howard describing the woman/stripper's laugh, claiming it was seal-like    Funny ****.
Wreckless 07-21-2008, 02:15 PM I would buy that. Yes. But cause there isn't, I bought some ordinary Dolls Furniture, and created my very own Arnolds ... or at least some Space for "The Gang" to sit :)

Hey that's pretty cool! I like them sitting down with the chairs and the table, you should look for little booths lol jp. And umm, where'd you get that mini jukebox? That's awesome! I want one of those for the collection   .
spreckenzeedeu 07-21-2008, 02:22 PM I like them sitting down with the chairs and the table
Me too ;)
where'd you get that mini jukebox?
Ebay. Where else?

Waterston_Fan 07-21-2008, 04:50 PM I don't think they should have let Fonzie have Danny though.
I liked what Howard said to the adoption place though.
Wreckless 07-22-2008, 10:39 PM I think they should of! Sometimes it's not about the circumstances, it's about the person and who they are, no? I agree, I like his "don't care about your laws" speech to the adoption place owner, the guy.

Yeah, I guess it depends on who it is.
Waterston_Fan 07-22-2008, 10:50 PM Just saw an episode on WGN that I taped and that Richie goes to the prom with a girl he broke up with.
I don't get somethings though, what grade was Richie in this season? Junior?
Do punches usually get spiked at every prom?
I kinda liked it but thought Richie and his girlfriend's friends were too nosy.
Waterston_Fan 07-23-2008, 10:45 PM Saw two episodes that I taped... One about Richie dating a girl who is taller and the other where the band plays somewhere and stunk.
I liked the second one but I really don't think it was Howard's hands doing those card tricks... Um.. was Tom able to do that kind of thing?
I thought the band should have had more than one song though but those guys shouldn't have hustled the guys though.
Wreckless 07-24-2008, 05:20 AM Question: Does anybody know approx. what age Fonzie, fictionally was when the show started/throughout the show? I'm not talking about Henry's age, the Fonz's age. I don't know whether he is in his early 20s, late 20s, I don't want to say 30s but I don't know. Somebody help me, thanks.
Waterston_Fan 07-25-2008, 09:41 PM I don't know how old Fonzie is but I guess he would be like maybe in his 30's.
I just saw two episodes I taped, the one about the bomb shelter and the other the poker game where I laughed where Howard walks in the bathroom thinking Richard is in it.
I would think Howie and Marion would have had a bathroom in their room but I guess there is only one bathroom in the house then.

the Fonz was supposedly only a couple of years older than Richie, Ralph and Potsie - how else would he be allowed back into school in the same classes as them in #7- Fonzie Drops In , so that would make him 18 to 20 in the first couple of seasons - keeping in mind that the guys started their junior year at the beginning of the first season and didn't graduate until the second half of the fourth season.

Wow!! The fourth season? I was wondering if that was a blooper as to it being said that Richie was a junior.
Wreckless 07-26-2008, 07:44 AM Thanks for clarifying that somewhat Rob. And that makes sense, because, usually on a sitcom, especially ones that take place 10+ years before their are being depicted, for every 2 seasons= a year goes by. So a season would be like a semester in school, get it? And I figured Fonzie to be 4-6 years older then you say he is  . Just because of the way he looks, acts, the style he runs with (motorcycle, leather jacket etc. "the cool image) etc. I def. didn't think he was in his 30s because a 30 year old man hanging with 16-18 year old highschoolers= lol:, just weird, but who knows nowadays lol.
Waterston_Fan 07-29-2008, 06:44 PM I just saw Richie's flipside where he becomes a DJ... So what happened in the end?
Did he quit? Fired? They didn't say if he learned his lesson or not.
Waterston_Fan 08-04-2008, 11:54 PM I just saw two episode I taped from Friday...
I'm suprised the girl who Richie was supposed to uh, watch over, didn't just get back at Fonzie. He's the one who told Richie to watch her.
The other one about the burglar one.. That one was so stupid!!! I don't think Marion would have gone to the movies with RIchie sick, I know there was a reason for it but, I don't think she would have...
I do wonder if Richie got sick from eating the pizza later..
C'mon guys!!
Wreckless 08-08-2008, 12:51 AM Last night I saw the episode where Fonzie first met Ashley (Pfister, did I spell that right?) and little Heather. She looks like a Cindy Brady lol. Good episode, I liked the midget waitor at Arnolds.
Wreckless 08-08-2008, 12:52 AM Oh and Potsie not knowing how powerful The Fonz's black book was , Bobby ended up getting it in the diving pile haha.
Waterston_Fan 08-09-2008, 12:44 AM I just saw an episode I kinda liked but thought it was dumb.. Called, 'The Other Richie'.
What the hell did Potsie do to the girl?
I think they should have told the father the truth.
But really this was Howie's fault.. He acted like June does on some LITB episodes where she just fixes up a date for Wally without checking with him first.
Waterston_Fan 08-10-2008, 03:32 PM I may have forgotten this episode but I didn't know that Arnolds has a chicken stand. We don't see the guys eatint chicken anyway. I guess Arnolds' was not doing so well.

This is one of my favorite episodes- Herb Edelman is hilarious as the burglar.

That was Clarence, that was one of the few times we actually got to see him. In past episodes we always heard Al talk about and talk to a cook named Clarence(but he was never shown until the later seasons)
Torgo 08-13-2008, 08:15 AM I still think they should have had during the final episode where everyone is gathered in the backyard saying goodbye- both Chucks pop up out of nowhere, both looking like they just escaped from some kind of imprisonment(maybe the basement that mysteriously appeared in later seasons). Then Howard would say "Chucks, how did you guys escape?!.... I mean nice of you two to show up!"
spreckenzeedeu 08-13-2008, 10:14 AM That was Clarence, that was one of the few times we actually got to see him. In past episodes we always heard Al talk about and talk to a cook named Clarence(but he was never shown until the later seasons)
One Oddity: In the German dubbed Episodes, when Clarence was mentioned, the Sex switch almost from Episode to Episode. Sometimes they said HE, sometimes SHE. I always wondered about that
Wreckless 08-15-2008, 12:51 AM I never heard about a female named Clarence LOL...funny
Wreckless 08-15-2008, 12:53 AM That was Clarence, that was one of the few times we actually got to see him. In past episodes we always heard Al talk about and talk to a cook named Clarence(but he was never shown until the later seasons)
Oh really? I didn't even know that, he was a pimp in that episode I saw lol, not literally. Just he looked flashy with his wardrobe  .
Waterston_Fan 08-15-2008, 07:34 PM Guys are just starting to bore me....
I just saw the episodes recently of Howie's 45th birthday and I thought it was cool that Fonzie helps him realize he can't leave. I saw the episode of Ralph wanting to join the service which Fonzie stops him. Saw the beauty contest which I loved Howie at the end yelling at Richie.
I saw Arnold's wedding. So when was his last episode? Seems we never hear of his wife after this episode.

Arnold came back in the 10th season, I believe his last appearance was in episode #234- Because It's There which was the first episode of the eleventh season, unless he appeared in the final episode uncredited, and i missed it.
after he left at the end of the third season, he appeared in the Graduation episodes #81 R, #138- Fonzie's Funeral (part 2), and he was in 8 episodes in the tenth season.
Wreckless 08-16-2008, 04:34 PM Mr. Miyagi is that dude...
Waterston_Fan 08-20-2008, 06:20 PM Saw the episode where the Fonz has to wear glasses...
I know this doesn't happen but Fonzie needed to find another office somewhere else... All those people having to go... LOL
Then there's Arnold!! Thought he got married!!
Torgo 08-20-2008, 07:37 PM I know this doesn't happen but Fonzie needed to find another office somewhere else... All those people having to go... LOL
Especially when they rebuild Arnold's after the fire and actually make the bathroom look like an office...I don't think I could go to the bathroom with some guy sitting behind the desk, and let's just hope Fonzie isn't sitting there when one of the customers just had a big bowl of Clarence's chili.:barf:

Hehe.. I know...
They should have had him get a small office in the building when the rebuilt it.
Waterston_Fan 08-21-2008, 09:34 PM Question about somethin'...
I just saw the Fonz and glasses just recently... Is this one of those situations that is a one time fix? Like Marcia Brady having braces for one episode or one day?
Does the Fonz wear glasses just once then we don't see it anymore?
Wreckless 08-22-2008, 09:47 PM I think he only wears glasses in that one episode, if not an episode afterwards, but I could be wrong...
Waterston_Fan 08-24-2008, 12:20 AM I was watching the Kirk and dance marathon..
The kirk episode, when did Al come in? I kinda liked the ending.. Everyone in the leather jackets!! LOL
The marathon episode.. dang Bubba looks lik ehe can be the girl's father!! Man she was SHORT!!!
Dang!! Joanie should have gotten clobbered by Howard for being so self centered.
Don't say crew cuts in front of the Fonz or he flips!!
What is up with fish?
Waterston_Fan 08-24-2008, 12:23 AM Meant to ask... what is up with Ralph always chewing gum?
Wreckless 08-25-2008, 04:57 PM I guess he's like me, when he gets nervous or is going through something or gets antzy, he does something to control himself (ex. bites his nails, chews gum etc.). Except, I don't chew gum, eww
It's that ADD in him.
Torgo 08-25-2008, 05:09 PM Meant to ask... what is up with Ralph always chewing gum?
I guess it was just part of his character, maybe someone said 'Let's make Ralph always chew gum.'
Makes me wonder how Donny Most felt about gum in real life after he was done with the show.
Wreckless 08-25-2008, 05:14 PM ^ I think it's that and Donny having ADD , honestly though.
Torgo 08-25-2008, 05:19 PM The kirk episode, when did Al come in? I kinda liked the ending.. Everyone in the leather jackets!! LOL
Ed Peck was great as Officer Kirk, he and Henry Winkler played off each other very well.
Wreckless 08-25-2008, 05:22 PM Yeah the ending was cool. Didn't Mrs. C and Howie have the leather jackets too? lol I think so!
Wreckless 09-10-2008, 11:02 PM I'm watching the tapes again I have, haven't watched 'em in awhile.
Chachi "That's why God gave me eyes." Joanie getting mad at him for looking at girls @ Arnolds
Wreckless 09-11-2008, 12:32 AM Just watched the episode where Joanie sends Ritchie film of the family along with a tape with audio on it. It was funny when Fonzie at the end jumped into the pile of leaves lol. Anybody know what the song is where Joanie and Chachi are at the beach by themselves and they play a classic rock song, then they show everybody with their loved ones by the beach, good song.
Wreckless 10-03-2008, 10:28 PM Just saw the episode where Fonz (thinks he) is allergic to girls lol...lol  @ Fonzie yelling Geronimo.
Jude The Obscure 10-03-2008, 11:35 PM Will be getting season 1 for free through the Amazon/Pepsi Stuff promotion!
so I'm looking forward to see these unedited since they first aired.
Wreckless 10-04-2008, 01:29 AM I'm watching Ralph's Family Problem- the episode where Ralph's parents divorced. I think it's a really great episode. I think it's also good because you, or I at least don't see many episodes at all where you see Ralph's serious side. I think this one and Welcome Home in the final season are both great episodes with great, passionate acting by Ralph
Btw, When did Joanie become a cheerleader? She went to cheerleading practice this ep, she looked so hot ;)
spreckenzeedeu 10-04-2008, 01:33 AM When did Joanie become a cheerleader?
She was it in several Episodes.
And, Oh Yes, I like the serious Ralph much!
Wreckless 10-04-2008, 01:36 AM Wow, yeah I think I remember her twice, but for a second I fogot, she looked great.
and yeah me too, i think it shows his character.
spreckenzeedeu 10-04-2008, 01:46 AM There's more than the Joke-telling, always trying to be funny Ralphie...Well, at least I/we do see him that Way...
Wreckless 10-04-2008, 01:48 AM Yeah I see it the same way. I really liked it too when you saw the serious Ralph.
By the way, I'm confused, I'm supposed to be watching the season 8 first episode where "Richie moves out." Yet Richie is in Greenland already, did I miss something? Maybe it's just the episode saying that Richie is no longer in Milwaukee.
Wreckless 10-04-2008, 01:50 AM Nvm, it is the right episode.
