I've written to Bob Newhart, Marcia Wallace, Peter Bonerz, Jack Riley and BNS guest stars Daniel J. Travanti, Howard Hesseman and Fred Willard - I've received autographed pictures personally inscribed to me by all of them!! The only one I haven't heard from yet is Bill Daily...but I'm hopeful! I wish I had a scanner to post the pics...they are so cool...as is the BNS cast!!

^ That was really nice of them to send you the pictures. Do you have a large scrapbook for them?

Bill's turnaround time depends a lot on whether you sent him something to be autographed (such as magazine, photo) and the means to send it back, or if you are relying on him to have something to sign and send it back to you. If the latter, you may have a wait - most of the guests on our website who have had long waits, said they didn't send anything. (I don't think he keeps photos around much any more.)

His address to use for this stuff: Bill Daily, 1331 Park Ave SW, Unit 801, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

I'm definitely interested in hearing your successes. The only TBNS signature I'm missing is Suzanne's, but I also would LOVE to catch up with Bob again sometime so that he would sign my TV Guide. I have an autographed copy of his book and his stand-up DVD, but they wouldn't let me have him sign that TV Guide at that signing.

I've got some old magazines - what on earth should I keep them in, to keep them from rotting out? Any suggestions, fellow collectors? These have articles about Bill Daily, and some other celebs.

^ Donna, I would see someone in scrapbooking about those articles. They know quite a few tricks about preserving old papers.

About the pics, I will definitely keep everyone updated. I keep forgetting to bring them to work with me because I have a scanner on my desk. I was so excited about the Jack Riley one in particular because he hails from my neck of the woods - Cleveland!! He got his start in show biz on the local TV and radio shows here.

Jack was friendly to us fans who were breathing behind him at Suzanne's star ceremony. I felt bad for him - he uses a walker now - so getting up to the stage for the cast photo was really hard for him. He's a Midwestern guy, though - as are several of the castmembers of TBNS! (Bob is a Chicagoan, not sure about Suzanne, Bill was born in Iowa and raised in Chicago, Jack was from Cleveland and did a lot of work in Chicago, Marcia is from Iowa, and I'm not sure about Peter.)

Peter Bonerz mentioned in one of the DVD commentaries that he is from Milwaukee. So another Midwesterner!!

That is so cool to hear about the various stars being from the Midwest, especially seeing that the show was based in Chicago!:D

Signed,
Respectfully,

I read that Suzanne was born and raised around NYC, and attended college at Syracuse University before tranferring to Finch College (in NYC).

I think it was Bob's idea to base the show in Chicago....at least, that's what I read someplace.

>>"Hey, Hey, Hey! We signed up for DISH Network Again!!!! Yay!!!! I can see TV Land again!!!!!">>

Believe me, Dutch, they haven't had much on worth watching. I don't think I've watched them more than a half hour here, a half hour there, since they ran that special last September of TBNS.

Yeah I heard someone call her a nice Jewish girl from NY before .

I got a response from Bill today. It took about 6 weeks - I sent him a photo sign.

Cool, I am going to write to the other cast members apart from sadly Suzanne, pretty soon.
The only one I have is from Bob Newhart, he personally signed it to Nick my friend from the UK - BN
Really pleased :D
