There are several things about this situation that "really" amaze me! The first is that it has been as long as it has since anyone has posted on this site. I would think that a show starring someone as beautiful and talented as Lea Thompson would have posts all over the place! This is especially ture given that the first season DVDs are well on their way! On top of this, it has been the longest time since anyone has posted a message on the "Caroline in the City" section of a popular site known as "Jump the Shark". If you go to that page, you will see that the last post is by me and that it is well over a month old. The only place where I can find any acknowledgement of her birthday is on a site known as the "90 Faces of Lea Thompson". Both me and whoever else it was who posted there feel that Lea looks "damm" good for a woman of forty-seven!

the dvd is going to be released next month and so hopefully more people will be posting on this board. but since then, it has been somewhat difficult for others to discuss this show on here when a) CITC hasn't been released on dvd and b) it rarely shown on tv nowadays

I am very happy to have at least one response to my messages about this show! It is my understanding that we are barely a month away from the time that this series gets released on DVD. This is something that I am very excited about! However, so far, I am still the most recent person to post on the "Caroline in the City" page of "Jump the Shark". Where is everybody? In any event, there is one site regarding the star of this show that does have some recent posts. This site is called the "90 Faces of Lea Thompson". Before I am ready to turn in for the night, I will probably go over to that site and tell everyone there about my recent post here. Take care everyone!

The last poster mentioned an interest in knowing what the cast of the series is doing now. Well, one thing that I am wondering about is whether in the, recently released DVDs, there are any interviews or anything telling us what the actors and actresses have been up to since the show ended. Would anyone who has already bought this set like to tell us?

Assuming you havn't read the review or purchased the dvd, there are no interviews with the cast.

I am wondering if the last poster might be willing to elaborate a little bit on there not being any interviews with the cast memebers. Is there any sort of bonus material at all? Or is it just the episodes, period, end of report?

This is simply one more attempt to stimulate some conversation by bringing an old thread to the top of the page. I realize that I have, pretty much, bleed dry what I have to say, but I am hoping that one or more other people will want to get their two cents in!
