Don't screw the show up too much folks - the thing that makes us love UM , is that there is a personal story there, you actually care about the victims, rather than these new shows on TruTV and the like that make everything so distant.

Robert Stack did a good job at that too, he will be forever missed, i don't know if Farina can do the job.

I wish they wouldn't do away with the Lost Loves or Missing segments. How many TV shows out there profile these , these days? None on TruTV or Investigation Discovery.

Pardon me for asking, but do you know this for a fact, or is it just speculation based on the plan to make the shore more "manly" for Spike TV?

Of all the articles that I have read, none of them said anything about getting rid of those segments. Just because the show is being revised for Spike TV doesn't necessarily mean the Lost Loves or Missing Persons stories will be excluded. In fact, Lifetime aired a lot of UM segments that didn't look "womanly" enough for the channel.
