Next Weekend I will be at home watching fireworks on TV. Maybe, we might go over to my grandmother's house on Friday for Independence Day. What are your plans for 4th of July weekend?

I'm stuck!! My folks are going out of town, my sister and her family are going out of town, and my car died. Oh, well. I can still walk over to the school to see the fireworks.

^ sorry about your car, can it be fixed?

My husband's family is planning a pool party & we'll be grilling out over there. I'm sure all the kids will have plenty of fireworks to shoot off too.

Yeah, it can be fixed, but it'll be awhile. Thank goodness, it's not my week to drive in my work carpool!!

^ I know car repairs can be expensive, I've been down that road a time or two. Maybe it won't be too costly for you.

I'm not sure what we're doing next weekend. I guess a lot depends on the weather. It tends to always rain here on the 4th of July.

The 4th Of July weekend started early for me, i was out with some friends last night at my usual places.
A bit of advice: if someone offers you shots of tequila with tobasco, don't drink it!
Trust me.
Anyhoo, I have a Staten Island Yankees game to attend tonight at 7PM, hopefully they'll have some fireworks after the game, since we'll be stuck on Staten Island until the Macy's fireworks are over (they are suspending ferry service in New York Harbor) so i won't ba back in nYC until late.
Tomorrow, more fun with my friends. A belated birthday celebration for a friend.

My liver needs a vacation.
