I have to say the mere fact that JAWS did not make the top 25 tells me what a terrible list this is. JAWS didn't make the top 25 but these did:
THE FIGHT CLUB
40 YEAR OLD VIRGIN
MEMENTO (what the hell movie is that?)
Well, they are showcasing "perfect" movie posters, which I guess means they captured the essence of the film, blah blah blah...
EW rarely includes any film/tv show/etc that made before 1980 in thier lists.
They must have a bunch of youngins on thier staff.
Ireneparalegal 06-28-2008, 10:23 PM PERFECT movie posters and Showgirls (poster) is an oxymoron.
phoebe7165 06-28-2008, 10:30 PM I'd like to know what they based this on.

Great movie though
Nighthawk76 06-28-2008, 11:20 PM There were a couple of good posters. I'm glad that Flashdance made it! I agree with everyone else about the Jaws poster. That's one of the best and should have been included. Saturday Night Fever should have been included too.

Janice 06-29-2008, 04:49 AM They were going for the best 25 movie posters of the past 25 years, since 1983. Jaws and Saturday Night Fever were 70s movies. I think they put together a fantastic gallery.
