Former CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star Gary Dourdan has fired back at reports he's set for televised rehab following his recent drug possession conviction. Reports suggested the actor, who lost his role on the hit show after he was caught in possession of cocaine and ecstasy in California in April, was set to join the cast of reality show Celebrity Rehab.

But Dourdan confirmed the news is not true.

He says, "For the record, contrary to what's written on the web, I will not be (doing) any 'celebrity rehab.' That's completely false."

The actor avoided jail following his drug possession arrest after pleading guilty to felony charges at the end of last month.

In a statement released shortly after his arrest, the actor said, "Obviously, I am embarrassed to find myself in this situation and I am profoundly grateful to everyone for their support."

He really needs to reconsider his decision and get some help. Addictions like that won't go away by themselves.....

Amen..... Hollywood is full of examples of THAT fact! But I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to do it in the public eye on a reality show!
