Okay I have been looking for this style of watch for a long time now and have found watches similar, but haven't found the exact thing i'm looking for. Maybe someone out there can give me an hand.

Example of what i'm looking for:

(Kurt Russel In Death Proof)
(Barry Newman In Vanishing Point)

Closet watch I could find similar to the ones in the pictures:
http://www.fossil.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=12052&catalogId=10052&categoryId=30016&parent_category_rn=30001&productId=1001603&Ne=23&N=4294959904&No=36&imagePath=JR9498

The only problem I see with this watch is that its not as wide as the ones in the pictures.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

its what they call a biker watch. i bought one for my husband for his birthday on ebay with 3 buckle straps, its similar to the one in the link below. of course they're available in different styles and some come with the timepiece, some don't. my husbands didn't but he had one in mind.

My brother has a simular watch, it's a 70's seiko cuff watch (biker watch), he got it from Ebay a few years ago. So I would keep checking ebay, or flee markets, and carboot sales etc.. Diesel and fossil sell cuff watches but I don't think they are as nice as retro watches. I hope you find what your looking for, let us know :)

Thanks for all the help. I have found many nice biker watches, but none as nearly as nice or wide as the one i'm looking for.

If anyones interested I believe the Death Proof watch is a Black Rocker Nixon Watch. (http://www.planet-sports.de/images/products/large/l_nixon_rocker_black.jpg)

PunkyP0WER: I do indeed love that style, Johnny Depp (http://tattoos-101.tattoofinder.com/files/johnny-depp-02.jpg) wears a similar wristwatch.

coffield3: Will do

Once again thanks for all the help.

My father has a rather decent side hobby going involving buying, trading, and selling all sorts of new and used watches. Next time I'm there, I'll print out the photos from this thread, show him, and see what he can find.

Thanks! Maybe you could ask him what the brand is and I can go on from there.

I'm seriously thinking of going with the Johnny Depp wristband(not trying to copy him btw)when I get some extra spending money.
