I think she meant that she didn't like the rules, she wasn't use to following them. People don't always like thing’s that are totally different for them, especially when they have grown up a certain way. She had a curfew and she didn't like that, she probably couldn't go to certain places that she was use to going.
So I think that's what she meant by that comment. And it’s not as if she said it in a rude or demeaning manner. She followed it up when she said that now she see them differently

Someone who was intelligent would have never said it
like CHARMAINE

Thanx for that info Brie. I am definitely not a fan of the Pam episodes, so I can't recall what the scene was abt or what was actually being said.

Pam and Charmaine were like the same person rolled up in one. So I don't even see how you could make that comment.
TVFactFan 06-24-2008, 09:30 PM Pam was a RIDE or DIE chick-LOL

It was proven in several eps that Charmaine was Smart and Sassy
Pam on the otherhand was DUMB and SASSY-lol
Brieannas21 06-24-2008, 09:39 PM Pam was a RIDE or DIE chick-LOL
I don't see how, she didn't put up with Sly Bullcrap. And Pam was not dumb, she may have been sassy at times but she wasn't dumb.
ThomasE 06-27-2008, 12:19 PM The Pam episodes were just dull and I really didn't see the need for the character. Erika Alexander was able to do more when she was "Maxine" on "Living Single". I can imagine if she was in a scene with Cliff:
Maxine: So, uh. You gonna finish that last doughnut, Cliffy boy?
Cliff: I ran four miles to get this and I want it.
Maxine: Yeah, yeah. People in hell want ice water. (grabs doughnut and eats it.) Go save a baby, be a man, your wife's got you P-Whipped!
Cliff: This is my house.
Maxine: Funny. I thought it was your children's house since they never leave. You're a sad excuse for a man.
Cliff: No offense, but Kyle says the same about you.
