I vaguely remember the details. i jus know there were a bunch of burglaries in this small town. and during one burglary this guy was killed because he interrupted it. the case was cold for a while and then after investigating it they discovered it was two brothers one whom was in a wheel chair and had won medals in the special olympics and was the town hero.

The case sounds familiar, but it was never on UM. It was probably featured on Dateline, though.
