I was watching the E True Hollywood story again(I have it on tape). Anyway, Ralph Carter said that when Esther Rolle came back she had more say in the storylines. Well if you pay attention to season 6, episodes that are serious or trying to make a point-Jimmie Walker is either not in them(Florida's favorite passenger) or he leaves right before the big showdown(Michael's decision). I noticed Esther Rolle is absent from episodes that are just ridiculous(JJ the witness) or something she may not have agreed with(The Evans Dilemma). Anyone else noticed this?

But there was a season 6 episode-"matter of mothers" where it was a lot of FOOLISHNESS with all those weirdos in Willona's Apt and Florida was there but not J.J
