Which case was he featured in?

He is/was wanted on charges of rape and sexual assault, not sure if he has been captured but he had not as of a few years back as he is on an old IRS wanted webpage and right below it is a case from 2003. He is said to have ties to both India and Russia.

Look at the ears. The UM suspect's ears are like a straight edge. The guy from Spire's ears are like question marks.

It's very likely that the statute of limitations is up on his crimes. At the time, California (where this took place) had only a 6 year statute on rape. If the guy was caught after the time was up..... no justice.

Some states have only recently changed their statutes of limitation on some crimes (one state even had a 15 year statute on murder!), due to the advent of DNA as evidence, etc.

I don't see how previous posters said that the guy on the Mugshot website isn't Arvind Sinha. Just look at the 2 pictures I posted side-by-side, you can tell it's the same man in both. The one on the left is Sinha, circa 1992, and the right one is Sinha, circa 2004 (according to the official records).

Hell yes that is him! He was my doctor at the time in San Diego. He skipped bail, left the country and got away with all of it.

If there's a warrant for his arrest, it will stop the statute of limitations. As in, if the warrant was issued within the correct time frame, it doesn't matter if they catch him tomorrow or thirty years from now. The prosecution can still go forward if they choose to. I'm willing to bet there's a warrant for his arrest.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS from an actual Dr. Sinha patient- I was actually a short term patient of Dr. Sinha. He removed a tiny pre-cancerous lesion from my back. While stitching me up, his nurse kept looking at me like Dr. Sinha was a complete moron. I knew he was. It took him 1 1/2 hours just to put in a few stitches, which he kept breaking over and over. I had the distinct feeling he had never done this before and he was experimenting on me, leaving me with a large scar to remember him by. This was during the exact time that all of this rape stuff was about to come to light. About a week after he finally removed my stitches, I was watching the local San Diego TV news, when I saw a courtroom and a guy in an orange prison jumpsuit. To my surprise, it was indeed Dr. Arvind Sinha, at that time being charged with rape with a foreign object on five of his female patients. Only a few days later, I was in a local Lucky Grocery Store in Oceanside, CA, and there he was. I stared at him and he walked right past me, giving no sign of recognition. Directly behind him walked two people, who by their age and dress, I assumed to be his parents. They looked very much alike. Someone had apparently put up $50 - 75k in cash to bail him out of jail. A few days later, the local SD news was reporting that he had skipped out on his bail and possibly had returned to his native India. Actually, I was never worried about being alone with him. He was apparently only interested in females, which I am not. Not yet aware of what was about to happen, my only impression of him at the time was that he was a complete beginner at surgical procedures and less than tactful in his operating room manner. I really felt like he had never done this before. Fortunately he was working on my back. The only reason I was there was that insurance covered it 100%.

I let the official Unsolved Mysteries page on Facebook know about the Arvind Sinha mugshot and arrest link that's been posted. Haven't heard anything about it since but I hope that creepy doctor gets what's coming to him.

That's definitely NOT him. The one they're looking for is in his 50s. I might try to contact Unsolved Mysteries again to see if they followed up on my lead.
