It brings me chills just typing this, but I remember it vaguely, it had to due with a couple getting involved in a government job and then leaving their lives on a vacation / buisiness trip and then never coming back, sending just one very shallow postcard. It was also reported that ome mysterious woman in sunglasses picked up their pets from the pet babysitter or whatever.

Scared the sh*t out of me.

didn't this story involve a Christopher Cheichester ?, the house guest...and weren't john and linda, later found buried in thier front yard ?

it's been forever since i've seen these episodes, been a longtime fan of unsolved mysteries since the beginning, i sure wish they were on t.v. again, i used to watch them constantly when they showed reruns on the lifetime nework...:)

Yes he was the mysterious house guest that also went missing that police want to question. As far as Linda she was never found. While digging to put in a pool at Sohus' former home some male human remains were found thought to be John Sohus (although I'm unsure if dna tests were ever done on them to confirm that) but no remains of Linda's were found. Very baffling case. Someone had put forth a theory that I thought was plausible that possibly Christopher and Linda may have run off together and John died to foul play. Its purely speculative and no evidence to support it but interesting thought nonetheless.
