The annual all-G.M car show was held last Sunday. 300+ cars (including mine). The weather was good, it went to the upper-80s, but it took until 2:00 PM to do so; the weather was very comfortable during the morning hours.

The car in the first two photos takes the prize for "most chrome." A 1958 Buick Limited. I would like to own this car just to keep in the garage and admire all of the chrome on it!

The next two photos shows my '69 Cadillac Fleetwood parked at the show in one of the display lanes.

More photos coming up soon.

Wow, that's impressive. Tony, that Buick Limited is out of sight. 1958, good year. ;) What does the owner do with it? Does he drive it or is it just a show car? Your Fleetwood, still beautiful, still mint. I can see that you treat it with lots of TLC. My husband is asking about the 1956 Ford Fairlane, Crown Victoria. He said he always wanted one. I know it was a G.M. show, but he asked anyway, lol.

I didn't see the owner of the Buick, but I'm guessing it is mainly driven to car shows. I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to park it at some supermarket parking lot with other cars pulling up next to it only a foot or two away! Yeah, I could see why you think 1958 was a good year. :D

Thanks. It is always garaged which helps a lot.

Actually, I did see a '56 Fairlane last Friday at the weekly car gathering I usually stop by at. If it is there this Friday, I'll take some photos of it!

Wow, that '59 Series 62 is awesome. That thing has to be worth well over 100k.
