Just curious, when you say you took them out of the library were they on VHS or DVD.....all 28 movies did come out extremely limited on VHS about 10 years ago, the DVD versions which claim to have 10 episodes are only 30 minute excerpts from 10 different movies sometimes even joined in the middle..SO BEWARE....there is much confusion with the 2 produced Blondie TV series and 28 theatrical movies....none of which have ever been officially released complete on DVD, even though I have all 28 movies uncut as well as 20 of the first TV series which starred arthur lake but barbara britton as blondie, it was historic but dreadful, the later 1969 series starring will hutchchinson was dreadful and only a handful of episodes are in collectors hands.

Though I rarely come here anymore, I want to thank you for the shout out and am surprised that the 38 blondie movies haven't shown up on one of the retro channels. I have all 38 uncut, beware of a bootleg set that claims to have 5 blondie movies, there is only 30 minutes from each movie! and its' not the '68 one season tv series which included no singleton but did have the original movie dagwood.
