This is a great dating relaity show, it starts off with either 2 girls and 4 guys or 2 guys and 4 girls and the way it works is

The first two Girls will drill each of the 4 guys with questions to see which one they are going to give the Boot. Then they cut 2 and those two guys go out with those two girls and then it's down to 1 girl and 2 guys and she then decides the last guy she will give the boot to.
