Let's see... between making paper letters to trace on steel, cutting with a torch, grinding and cleaning, welding on the mounting pegs and painting, about four days.

It was a rush job, since they wanted them ASAP so the company that was replacing the old awning could get them in enough time to make a piece they could mount the letters on.
