Has anyone else noticed that there are two separate times when Chandler tells Monica he loves her for the first time, supposedly?

One was when she had that turkey on her head and was dancing in Chandler's doorway. He said he loved her and she turned around to face him (even though she had the turkey on her head) and was shocked.

The second time was when Phoebe and Rachel found out about Monica and Chandler and Phoebe pretended that she wanted Chandler and the standoff started. Chandler almost kissed Phoebe (playing along with her game) but then blurted out that he loved Monica. Monica then came out of the bathroom and was (again) shocked that Chandler said he loved her.

So it happened twice. Why?

Chandler and Monica still hide their relation from everyone, they still in a blur relation, in the other side they act that they still friend, chandler said "i love u", but then get embarace, and refuse that he ever said that.

Season 5: Episode 111: The One Where Everybody Finds Out
Chandler can't stand it anymore, from the start he dont want to follow monica to beat the other friends, he thougt that very silly, and then he gave up and said loudly that "he love monica" in from of the other friends and also as canfession to monica
