Hi! I'm buying season 9 of Frasier some time soon and it says on the box that some old Cheers characters visit Frasier. I've only seen the 'Diane era' of Cheers, not any more (I'm following them on DVD and have only seen the first five seasons)- so a query for any Cheers and Frasier fans, are there any spoilers or are all the episodes 'safe' to watch? If not, I'll just avoid that specific episode.

Hi Klara. Welcome to SitcomsOnline. The episode in question is season nine's "Cheerful Goodbyes," which reunites Frasier with old friends Carla, Norm, and Cliff. It's a really fun episode which doesn't even really touch upon any of the old CHEERS storylines. The only episode referenced is CHEERS' season four episode "The Heart Is A Lonely Snipehunter." But I gather you've seen that one already. It's perfectly "safe" to watch. No spoilers.
