It takes a real long time for a page to come up and it is so slow. Is this a result of what happened last week with the fire?

I have to use the REFRESH button a lot. This is annoying. I don't have this issue on any other site.

Irene, I haven't had any problems with this site being slow so far. *knockin on wood* It seems fine to me. I hope it's not you're computer.

S.O. is the only site I have problems with. Nothing else.

I think I spoke to soon, i left the site for a while and came back and started having problems myself. I tried to post in the MikeL birthday thread but kept having problems with it loading. I finally got thru, but it took a few times to do it. :crazy:

If you use the Mozilla Firefox browser with Ad Block you will not have that problem anymore.

I haven't had any problems with the site since it came back.

The site's actually been slow for me, too. But it's only once in awhile. Sometimes it's running just fine, and other times, it takes about a minute just for a page to load completely, and it bugs the hell out of me.

There may be continued slowdowns or other server issues for the time being. While Sitcoms Online was able to come back online within 48 hours of the server problems at our webhost, there are still intermittent issues which will unfortunately continue to occur for the immediate future. Please be patient and try the site again later if you're having problems. Sorry :-(

Thanx Seth. I remember TJ saying there might be an issue with the site as far as it going slow, so that is why I asked. I didn't know if it was just on my end or it anyone else might be experiencing the same thing.

Thanks for the update - it's been working great this weekend. It's just periodically, the server seems to run slow. I just exit out, and come back on and it's working fine again.
