Hanson is best known by most for their 1997 hit song, MMMBop. There indeed still going strong and released last year's "The Walk" on their own 3CG Records. They still have sold-out tours and album sales continue to do well. There music has matured into R&B/Pop and is sensational. Although I've loved them since their 1997 debut, I myself wasn't crazy for MMMBop. But now, it's more than a cheesy song, it's also an anthem for the fans that have stuck around for eleven years and counting. There all married with children now. Zac (age 22, the drummer) and his wife Kate (age 24) welcomed their first child last week! Isaac (guitarist) and his wife Nikki are welcoming their second child next month. They will be heading back on the road this Fall with dates in the US, Canada and Europe on an 8-week tour.
