In LUCY LEARNS TO DRIVE:
She wants to get in the new Pontiac and hit the road but Ricky reminds her she doesn' know how to drive. Later in the show when she jumps in the 1923 Caddy she claims to have learned to drive in that kind of car. So even though the gear shifts would be stick/manual vs. automatic technically she knew how to drive. And how about Ethels sudden menopausal moment. She forgot she drive the station wagon in a previous ep "The Camping Trip". :crazy: :lol: And later in the "Tulip" ep when the girls are starting the mower Lucy says you crank it up like the Old Model T's and Ethel fibs she only goes as far as the Studs Bearcat and no further! But she gets caught when she says "This is exactly the way we used to c(rank). :eek: :lol:
