After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that Hayley Mills could gave come back as a substitute teacher during the final production season for the show. It would have been easy to slip her in since Kelly and Jessie were not even a thought during Tori's stint. The transition would have been an easy one. Miss Bliss would remember Zack, Screech, Lisa and Mr. Belding. Slater didn't come on to the scene until after Ms. Bliss episodes and Tori of course came during the final season.

There would have been no confusion in regards to character background history and how some characters met. I would have loved to have seen that.
Opinions, anyone?

Yeah, I think the show was much better without her, but it would have been fun to see her come back for an episode or 2 at the least, just to see how things would have gone!

That is what I was trying to say. It would have been nice to have seen her in a recurring role during that last season. It could have been truly possible to have seen this happen or come into play. I wish would have been done.

Not that much confusion. The other characters were in Indianapolis as well. Miss Bliss making an appearance should make no difference.

It could be written so that Miss Bliss know them all. What I was saying that Miss Bliss would be meeting Slater for the first time since he did not appear until the 9th grade and Tori during the final season. Kelly and Jessie did not appear during the last production season so they would not be around during the Tori episodes. If they were to meet Miss Bliss, a history could have been created so that they knew her just like a history was created for Jessie and Kelly knowing Zack, Lisa and Screech since 1st grade.
