Not sure if anyone posted this or not, but there's an edit in the episode "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Sophia?" on the Season 6 DVDs. There's one scene that I remember from the original airing where Mother Superior confronts Sophia abut having a copy of Dianetics in her room, and Sophia tells her that she thought the book was called Diuretics. When I got the Season 6 DVD set I did not find that bit in the episode (you can see a scene where Mother Superior has the book in her hands). I don't know why it was left out, but I thought I'd report it in case anyone wasn't aware of it.
