Does anyone know where I can find info on her rapist/killer who died before a DNA hit matched him as the perpetrator in this case?

His name was Freddy McKinley. This is the only info I could find about the case online:

I'm glad it was solved. Too bad the SOB died before justice could be sought, but the main piece of the puzzle has been found. Hopefully, the family and friends can take some comfort in that, how little it is.

Forgive me for bumping a seven year old thread, but I was re-watching this case earlier today and had a question. Was it ever determined what caused the burns on Tracy's body? The detective mentioned that they used basically any type of apparatus they could find and could not duplicate those burns on her body.
