View Full Version : Star Wars Prequel, #2, Attack of the Clones Chocolate Moose 05-27-2008, 12:26 PM Saw most of it and am looooving it !!!!! Anyone ? Chocolate Moose 05-28-2008, 03:42 PM No one saw it? Come on !!! tv star collector 05-28-2008, 04:22 PM Yes, I have seen it two or three times. I thought it was better than "The Phantom Menace" but not as good as "Revenge of the Sith." But (and I think most fans will agree) none of the prequel films are up to the level of the first three movies simply because the original "Star Wars" trilogy had a stronger cast (especially Harrison Ford and Sir Alec Guiness). Chocolate Moose 05-28-2008, 04:42 PM Ok, thank you for responding. I found it hard to relate to the younger version of the characters. I kept getting Anakin and Obiwan mixed up. But (and I think most fans will agree) none of the prequel films are up to the level of the first three movies simply because the original "Star Wars" trilogy had a stronger cast (especially Harrison Ford and Sir Alec Guiness). They were also fun and the characters were more interesting. These movies are Star Wars to me: Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back Return Of The Jedi TJL 05-28-2008, 08:17 PM Attack Of The Clones is lots of fun to watch. I have seen it a bunch of times. treky 05-29-2008, 02:58 AM yea, I thought "ATTACK OF THE CLONES" & "REVENGE OF THE SITH" were great, but not as good as the first three. I thought "THE PHANTOM MENACE" sucked. Dr. Thong 05-29-2008, 06:18 PM If it weren't for Liam Neeson, one could skip The Phantom Menace. They wouldn't be missing much. I must say that having grown up on the original trilogy, my conception of what Anakin would be like was completely different than what he turned out to be. I imagined him as more of a swashbuckler. Turns out he's a whiny Momma's boy. I pictured him as growing more volatile, but in an interesting way. |
