I was checking some info on her on IMDB and according to that site it states she only did 6 episodes of Hangin' With Mr. Cooper. Also, the show aired for 5 years and had 38 episodes. WTF????? I only seen the show ONCE during its first run. I can't remember the show that well and never watched it during syndication. That info can't be correct. Anyone????

That website is wrong again. Dawnn was a regular cast member for the entire first season of Hangin' With Mr. Cooper. 22 episodes I believe at least. And they had over 100 episodes too.

Damn, talk abt errors. :crazy: Yeah, I was like, "NO WAY!!!" I hadn't seen the show since its first run but I know Dawwn was on there A LOT!!! I can't imagine her leaving a hit show (A Different World) for a show where she only made 6 episodes. :lol:

IMDB is oftentimes wrong when it comes to episode counts. I never understood why Dawn Lewis was suddenly dropped from "Hanging with Mr. Cooper"

I thought Dawn left Hangin' with Mr. Cooper to pursue something else although I don't know exactly what that was.

Generally IMDB is ok with information but they are not 100 accurate. I am just amazed at how far off they are with that info above.

My enjoyment of Hangin went down when Dawnn left the show. I know she left ADW in order to do Hangin (she knew ADW didn't have that much life in it). One thing in common, she helped write the theme song to ADW and performed the first season Hangin with Holly and EnVogue (that was a GOOD theme song!)

Hangin' was one of those shows that I watched during its first run but never could get into it during syndication.

Pssshhh. IMDB is wrong because Dawnn, as far as I can remember, was on all of the episodes, at least from the first season.
