Ok this is the weirdest thing, now that I have the whole FP on my computer and I can look up certain episodes and what now, I was browsing through episodes in Season 2 and stumbled across a christmas episode that i "thought" I had already saw. The episode I am referring to is entitled "Christmas Show," the 13th episode in TFP's second season. I've NEVER seen this episode until like 2 weeks ago when I came across it, you know how in most shows, there is acouple episodes they show maybe once/rarely on TV for some reason? Well this episode I haven't even seen once on TV, from the show's original airings when I was little to it's re runs on many different Television stations. Has anybody seen this/is anybody finding this episode to be as weird as I am? It's just strange that nobody mentions it on message boards, TFP fan sites and the fact that it has never been shown, at least to my recollection. For those who haven't seen it, the banks, and Vivian's sisters/family head to some resort/house for the winter, right around Christmas time. Right around their first or second day at the house, all the adults go out for drinks presumably/a night on the town, leaving the banks' kids and Will home. As a homeless man knocks on the door and approaches the kids, Will smartly declines to let the man in, homeless or not, for not knowing him yet the kids let the man in. As Will videotapes the man, he asks the man to say something for the camera, when the man exclaims that "they are being robbed, it's a stickup." When the family returns, they figure out a way to get their money and belongings back, while forcing each member of the family to give each other gifts from the heart. The Cops end up finding the perpetrator who ends up crashing into a parked car i believe  and deliver the Banks' belongings back to their rightful possesion.

Just to sum it up there, anybody remember this episode or no?

A lot of the time the holiday episodes are not a part of the regular rotation and are only available seasonably from the distributer or the network just chooses not to run them in the regular rotation.

Nick at Nite did air it during their Christmas marathon last year. It's #38.

I love this episode!! I've seen it several times on TV...I think maybe the reason why you hadn't seen on TV before is because of just what TKMetal said...they usually save the holiday episodes for the holidays. I'm sure you'll see it around Christmastime...and on N@N, that's a guarantee!!! ;)

I remember that episode too. That was the episode when aunt Janice found out she was pregnant.

I remember that one too. I used to watch the show on Superstation WGN every afternoon for 2 episodes. I thought I had seen them all until this one came on one day. It definetly has been shown on TV before, but I think I have only seen it once, maybe twice.

You're right about the fact that they sometimes don't air many episodes as often as others.

I love that episode!
I didn't watch FP on its initial run, but then I found the series on Nick at Nite and was hooked.
The ski lodge story definitely didn't run regularly because of the Christmas angle, but even around the holidays the last few years somehow I saw the other two Christmas stories they did but not this one.
Thus I was pleasantly surprised when I finally came upon it one year. For one thing, it's a really good episode. In fact, all three of their Christmas eps I really liked (Ashley wanting the lights and Boyz to Men). So it was like a mini Christmas present, an episode I hadn't known about!!!!

Yes I agree with both of you, what a great episode, and a great message being presented through the plot! Yes I found it very weird that this was never really shown what I had seen it on many re run stations, including Nick @ Nite, TBS and a few others.
