yeah um....i dunno what 2 do? i hate this feeling. i have gone threw theroy and **** to get over it for 7 yrs, but it comes back evry once and a while. a lot of people have this disorder! ............i wanna die!!!!!!!!! this is horrible

yeah i know why it did! i have this anxiety of throwing-up. it sounds really really stupid, but it is real and horrible for me! thats how i got anerexic and stuff. it sux! but i am on meds and a lot of people have this u wouldn't believe it, but yeah. so, my Mom was throwing up all day today and i am scared i will get it. my worst fear is throwing up. i know it is soooo stupid though!

i found the thing to do is jus..not think bout it...get your mind off it...talk to friends,or watch td or somethin....get on-line...play a game..call friends..do anything to get ya mind off it..it works for me most of da time...i know it sux but ya can get through it...it'll be kewl..jus think bout somethin else
