I just happened to be on YouTube and I came across the introduction to "Dick Van Dyke and the Other Woman", the legendary CBS special that reteamed DVD and MTM.

From there you'll see links to other segments posted from the special. It looks like they were just recently posted (May 2008). The final segment you've probably already seen from the fifth season DVDs of TDVDS.
