Anybody remember when TBS use to show "24 Super Hours Of Andy"? I'm not exactly sure how many times they ran the marathon(I also know they did an 16 hours of andy as well) Anyway it was an great(if not the best) marathon I have ever seen on tv. Does anybody know what i'm talking about?

I only recall the 8 great hours of Andy marathons.

Our local station showed a Andy Griffith Marathon today, but I didn't get to see any of it.

yea; I remember when they used to do that; back in the early 90s. As I recall; they'd mostly show the black-and-white ones.

Yeah, it was that MyTV30 channel. I watched it, they had some good episode selection, not necessarily the ones you usually see.

Yeah they would have trivia questions, it was great.

I remember TBS would air those Andy marathons on Super Bowl Sundays. I only remember the "8 Great Hours of Andy" marathons. I wasn't really a big fan of the show back then, but I watched some of the marathon. The year I'm thinking of, showed almost all black and white ones. However, they showed the color one with Ernest T. Bass and Malcolm Merriwether in it.
