Who doesn't still have sweet memories of the Beverly Hills, 90210 theme song? (There's no shame in admitting you know to pump your fist Brandon Walsh-style after the da-na-na-na, da-na-na-na.) Thankfully, the folks behind The CW's Beverly Hills, 90210, which will debut this fall, know not to mess with fan nostalgia. In fact, producer Gabe Sachs told EW.com that he'd like to keep the theme and ask a different band every week to record their own updated version.

As for further similarities between the 21st- and 20th-century versions of our favorite ZIP? Producers are currently negotiating to shoot the new version at Torrance High School, which stood in for the original West Beverly. If only Mrs. Teasley were still there... —Jessica Shaw

I don't think it'll be as great as the old version

For some reason I really don't like this new spin-off thing. I think it's great that people pay recognition to an amazing old classic but let's just say it's not something that's going to be on my personal line-up. Maybe if Aaron Spelling were still alive and was producing it, or if Shannen was coming back, I might then be excited.
