Hey all you Good Times fans. I have a question, I need to know what street the Evans family lived on. The sitcom makes us believe they were in Cabrini Green which is on the north side of Chicago, but the description says they lived in the housing projects on the south side.

Please help with the correct street name.

I think the name of their street was Edgecomb Street or Edgecomb Drive, not sure which. :wave:

I never even saw this thread. But even if I did, I would not have remembered the street name. It is not memorable like on I Love Lucy 623 E. 68th Street.

I love that movie Claudine. I have that on DVD. I never get tired of that movie.

They did live on the Southside, the poster asked what STREET they lived on and it was North Gilbert Street
