I only saw bits and pieces of the episode this morning and I have not seen this episode in years. Did she ever talk to Mr. D? Was she ever introduced to Maggie?

Nope, she just talked to Arnold, Kimberly, and Willis. Never was in a scene with Mr. Drummond or Maggie

Did they show the wedding reception? When I finally sat down to watch it, it was the end of the episode. I only saw Maggie and Mr.D leaving and then Arnold went up to talk to Sam.

No I never saw a wedding reception, so that's why I'm thinking BET just cut the sh*t out. Damm this station is a "BLACK ION"-lol

Mrs. G did talk with Mr Drummond when they opened the door. There was never a wedding reception in the original NBC episode.

I never noticed Charlene.

Charlene did have a speaking part on "The Wedding Part 2". It was between her and Willis and was shown on the Nick at Nite version. Here's the dialogue:

Charlene: Just Think, Willis, one of these days you and I are going to have a ceremony just like this.

Willis: Yeah! And, not too long after that, we'll be hearing the patter of little feet around the house.

Charlene: You mean Arnold's coming to live with us? lol.

The Wedding reception was in "The Honeymoon's Over", but not seen. That's where Mr. D and Maggie were going, when they asked Arnold to babysit Sam, instead going to the party, where Dudley's cousin Angela was at.

oh....saw part of that.......thought they were referring to a business reception!
LOL. Maggie told Philip not to be too hard on Arnold, for his stunt got them out of that dull reception (her words LOL).

Ha Ha! You beat me to it! I was gonna post the quotes. That is exactly what happened. I did not know that this was cut out of syndication. NAN's cuts were normally different for shows like "Facts" and "Strokes". I did see this segment on NAN.

Yes they did, but ION came back in between scenes. With Alice they're editing was horrid. If you watch Alice uncut you can see how BAD ION was with their editing. BET isn't bad with their editing, I've been recording ADW and the only complaint that I have are the breaks commercials.

Yes, please don't mention BET and ION in the same breath! BET at least has a vision of what it is and what audience it is catering to--and yea, along the way they have gotten people outside of their niche audience to watch

I can assume she did meet Maggie briefly off-screen in the wedding episode. I'm suprised Larry, Ruthie, and Diane Alder of "Hello, Larry" weren't there.

Actually Jo is the one FOL girl with no connection with Mr. D or Kimberly. She did interact with Arnold in "New Girl Part 1" and Willis in the episode about Natalie becoming a walking billboard for Blair's cosmetic sales.

Mrs. G. was a single lady, she didn't have daughters. And if she did, she might have taken her daughters.

Gee Solomon, what world do you live in? I can see if YOU WOULD NOT ATTEND but kids do go to weddings with their parents because THEY HAVE NO CHOICE.

Ain't that the truth. And being hispanic, it is almost a MUST that the kids go to a wedding even if it is a parent's friends wedding. ;)

I understand Solomon if you don't see that or didn't go to weddings but it is the norm in many families for that to happen. So it is no surprise to see that occur on DS.

She looked like "Susan" from "Sesame Street" to me. I can see her now in her bathing suit in the apartment:

"Three of these things belong togther.
Three of these things are kind of the same....
but when my husband catches me and you in here...
He'll break your bony frame..
and throw your a** to Maine."

Yeah-where was Larry Alder? As for the reception-there were two-the one at the Drummonds house and the business one thrown by Mr. D's lawyer away from the house.
