Ever since Georgina met Dan,I knew there was gonna be some way that Georgina would seduce Dan into cheating on Serena with her.Plus it was Serena's fault in the first place.Instead of telling him the truth instead of saying she cheated on him,it wouldn't have happened.It would've made more sense if she stabbed or shot somebody.

It was a little wierd that she didn't actually kill someone by doing something like shoting or killing them with a knife. Did she not realize that when she told Blair she had killed someone she was making it sound a lot worse then it really was. Not to mention that I think sleeping with someone else is worse then what she actually did. I guess the guilt manifested itself making her feel like she actually had killed someone.
