This is my update post ....tvshowsondvd is reporting that amazon has a pre-order listing for "Big Bang" season 1, no release date or artwork but an announcement is coming soon and they hint at a pre-september timeframe.

Of course we all knew season one would come out quickly, in fact during last nights episode (5/12/08), I guess they get all song rights stuff figured out first now, but I was extremely surprised that Penny and the gang at the cheesecake factory actually sung "Happy Birthday". That song is copyrighted and usually not sung on TV because of huge money that must be paid....so I ask? Will it be included on the dvd, or did they possibily shoot an alternate song for the eventual dvd release?
