Victoria Beckham is reportedly set to star in new movie Hardy Men - after she was personally hired by the film's star Tom Cruise.
At her recent 34th birthday party, the singer was said to have been left speechless after Cruise surprised her with an invitation to design the costumes for the forthcoming picture.
And according to The Daily Express, the Top Gun star has also asked Beckham to make a cameo appearance in the film, which is a spoof of children's book series The Hardy Boys.
Beckham showed off her acting abilities last year when she appeared in hit TV series Ugly Betty as a bridesmaid to Vanessa Williams' catty fashion boss character, Wilhelmina Slater.

she was so wooden in ugly betty- but hey, she played herself didn't she? and so i doubt anyone will be convinced by victoria's transition as an 'actress', especially on the big screen
