Look! They found another shot for Volume 4! Did they realize customers (and even packagers) might get the volumes confused with the same picture (albeit different color schemes) or did they actually not have a fourth cover shot?

Thanks for the link ... I usually go to tvshowsondvd.com first thing when I sign on but today I didn't. I really like this cover. I don't know why, it's simple yet it looks so 1960's!!! (I'm sure that doesn't make sense to anyone but me!) I've lost track, do we know which episodes are included on this? Is there, but chance, the short sketches from the 1968 season as well???

First up, Amazon claims that twelve hour-long shows - from "Be It Ever So Humble" to "Follow the Boys" - make up this set; alas, these are the contents for "Collection 3." My bet is that they will have the remaining hour-long shows (the 1969-70 "cross country" episodes) - I can't say for sure about whether any of the short episodes will be included.

I'm glad they finally switched up the cover art, it needed a change. Anyway, concerning which episodes will be included...as I mentioned in an earlier post, Volume 3 supposedly clocks in at 600 minutes, with a total of 12 episodes...TVShowsOnDVD.com reports that Volume 4 will be 575 minutes. I don't understand why there would be a 25-minute difference between the two if both sets contain the same amount of hour-long episodes...http://cache.hyves-static.net/images/smilies/default/smiley_shrug.gif

Finally MPI's giving us something that even collectors haven't been able to get their hands on! I've always said "Women's Lib" would make a great addition to the Color HM collection, but doesn't that make it seem like this'll be the last set? Especially since they made a point of mentioning that was Sheila's final appearance...oh well, I'm still hoping there'll be a Collection 5 with the short sketches included (even though they'll be out of order) and "The Incredible World of Ed Norton" as a bonus...:)
But wait...wouldn't a 13th episode make this set longer? Yet it's still 25 minutes shorter than the last set...I guess somebody's calculator really did break...unless the shorter sketches WERE included on this set. Here's hoping...

YES! This might inspire me to buy this set. That "Woman's Lib" is IMPOSSIBLE to find as well as the other short sketches.

I'm obviously very happy we're getting the Women's Lib sketch and the interview with Jane Kean. Twelve episodes would mean the set is comprised of the 1969-70 season with no sign of The Incredible World of Ed Norton in sight. I'm not sure why we would get the later sketch with others skipped, but again, I'm happy about the extra.
Here's hoping the Jane Kean interview goes a little deeper than the Honeymooners chapter in her autobiography.
...and that's 150 for me!
