This was the man who (with Paul Allen) killed Walter Scott and attempted to kill Eugene Bailey by shooting him many times. This was over 30 years ago, so was he captured yet or is he supposed dead by now?

I wonder if he returned to Jacksonville or Tennessee since then. I was reading Murderers Among Us and remembered this case being featured on UM because of the circumstances and didn't realize that they never caught the triggerman.
